Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Our “Bullet Fee” will be refunded if the visa is not delivered within the promised timeframe, subject to reasonable delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
    • Refunds do not apply to consular or government fees.
    • Refund will be processed in 7-12 business days incase we are not able to process the visa in time.
    • Refund would be made via the Payment Gateway.
    • Refund mode : Payments would be made back to the users via UPI or to the original mode of payment for credit cards.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be requested before the application has been processed or submitted to the relevant authorities.
    • Once processing has started, cancellations may still be possible but will incur a fee.
  3. How to Request Refunds:

    • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 working days.
  4. Changes to Applications:
    • Should you need to modify your application details after submission, please contact our team immediately. Modifications may affect processing times and could incur additional charges.
